Residential and commercial property owners can install or replace their sidewalks and be reimbursed at a rate of $4.00 per running foot for the main sidewalk, and $3.75 per square foot for the handicap accessible portion.
The money is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. To qualify, a property owner must obtain a sidewalk permit and comply with all ordinances and requirements of the City for such work.
